These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Recvox application ("App"). By downloading and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Definitions

• User: An individual or entity using the App.
• Account: The credentials used by a User to access the App.
• Content: All information uploaded or posted by Users on the App, including but not limited to audio recordings, images, and text.
• Service: The App and all related services provided by Recvox.

3. Account Creation and Management

• Users may log in to the App using their Google or Apple accounts.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account information and not share it with others.
• Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

• Users' personal information is managed through reliable authentication services.
• The App securely stores users' audio files and episode data on a secure cloud storage service.
• We will protect users' personal information and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

5. User Content

• Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the App.
• Users grant Recvox a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, and display their content within the App and related services.
• Users represent and warrant that the content they upload does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Recvox is not responsible for the content uploaded by users.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Engage in fraudulent activities or provide false information.
• Harass or cause nuisance to other users.
• Post illegal, obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Use other users' accounts without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App's source code.

7. Changes and Termination of Service

• Recvox reserves the right to modify the terms and content of the App at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes or termination of the service where feasible.
• Recvox may suspend or terminate the App with reasonable notice, except in emergencies where prior notice may not be possible.

8. Disclaimer

• Recvox does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App.
• Recvox is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App.
• Recvox is not responsible for any interruption of service or data loss.

9. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by international legal standards, regardless of the user's or Recvox's location.
• Any disputes will be resolved amicably if possible.
• If amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

10. Account Deletion

• Users can delete their accounts through the settings within the App.
• Upon account deletion, all related data will be removed.

11. Miscellaneous

• These Terms may be revised periodically. Revised terms take effect upon being posted on the App.
• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
